We only provide a “Conditional Exchange” in cases where a genuine quality issue is identified.
If you believe your order is defective in terms of craftsmanship or material, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Once your query is submitted, our Quality Control team will carefully review the product and respond accordingly. Should a significant fault be confirmed, we may extend an exchange or issue store credit to be used for future purchases.
